Chris Gaffey
Chris was born in Salford in 1966 and survived.
He joined the Mob in 2008 and has shot campaigns for Playstation, EA Games, Gamestation and Bet365.
Chris studied graphic design under the typographic guru Tony Forster, beginning his creative career in Madchester in 1987 and for over 20 years he worked as an award-winning Art Director creating TV campaigns for many of the north’s top ad agencies. Chris spent 7 years at JWT Manchester as a creative group head creating National and International work for Shell, Jaguar, Alton Towers, Virgin Holidays, Phones 4u and the COI. This was followed by a spell at Magnetic North as Joint CD creating interactive campaigns for Kelloggs and Coca Cola.
Confident in both Broadcast and Digital platforms, he began to scratch his directing itch during 2003 – one of his first viral films winning a Roses award for LOVE creative.
